11	DIPLOMA COURSE To train natural resource managers from an intermediate to senior level of management, which will enable them to: Manage a protected area according to an integrated management system Supervise a broad range of management activities being performed in a protected area Supervise and manage a large staff component Manage and communicate with communities and tourists interacting with/in a protected area
